When you contact us through our website form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we may collect: your name; your email address; your phone number; your postcode or address (to locate and quote for the job); details of the work you’re enquiring about; and any photos you choose to send us. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

We use your information only to: respond to your enquiry and provide a quote; arrange and carry out the work you’ve requested; contact you about your job; and keep records for our own accounting and legal obligations. Our lawful basis for processing is your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest / contract (to provide the service you’ve asked for).

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it where necessary to run the business — for example with our accountant, or if legally required. Our website is hosted by Hostinger, and our contact form runs on a form plugin; these providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements (typically up to 6 years for tax records), then delete them.
